Hi. We’re New Best Friend Co., a strategic talent consultancy founded by partners Marty Ritter and Phil Williams.

We believe that something magic happens when the right people are on the right teams, doing their best work with a shared sense of purpose. Not only does it feel really good to work that way – it’s led to some of the best work of our careers.

For 20+ years, we’ve worked in the creative industry at companies like the Martin Agency (where Marty led recruiting and talent development) and Wieden+Kennedy (where Phil led teams that created award-winning work for Old Spice and Samsung). We first partnered at Arts & Letters Creative Co., where we built a people-first talent and culture practice as the company tripled in size and embraced hybrid and remote work.

Now, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned and built New Best Friend Co.

We started this company because we believe more workplaces can — and should — be great places to work.
